LAHORE SMART CITY

Location of Lahore Smart City:

Lahore Smart City Commercial Plots are strategically located in Lahore Smart City, not far from N-5 National Highway, Kala Shah Kaku Railway Station, and Lahore Bypass. Lahore Smart City is divided into the following districts:

General block Lahore Smart City:

Residential plots are available at an affordable and low cost in the general block. It is also affordable for middle-class families. Residents of the general block will have access to all of the basic necessities and smart facilities. It will be a residential block with residences and apartments, a mosque, and shops for daily necessities

Overseas block Lahore Smart City:

This is the residential block of the housing society. Residential plots and villas are available here. Applicants for overseas blocks must be living outside of Pakistan or possess dual nationality.

Several amenities will be available for foreigners in the overseas block. There are mosques, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, shops, and education institutes within the block.

Executive block Lahore Smart City:

Aside from houses and apartments, the Lahore Smart City housing society will have mosques, retail shops, playgrounds, jogging tracks, and hypermarkets. There will be only two differences in this block – the amenities will be more exclusive and the plots will be more expensive.

Farmhouses:

Vacations and beautiful scenery can be enjoyed in the LSC’s farmhouses of 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal. They can farm in it, keep pets, or they can have a beautiful bungalow for family gatherings, parties, or just for having a peaceful time with their loved ones.

Health Care District:

In this district, the main attraction is its 500-bed hospital, which provides all the facilities related to health care as well as specialized doctors in every field. The district will also have some residential plots and villas as well as some commercial establishments such as food areas and retail shops.

Sports District:

There will be various sports grounds and stadiums in the LSC sports district. The arena will be home to cricket stadiums, football stadiums, badminton courts, and a sports complex. Silicon Valley:

Here at Lahore Smart City, most of the technical and IT work will be done. Education District:

This will be the centre of learning for the housing society. Several schools, colleges, and a university will be built in this block. Residents of this block will be able to walk to schools.

Gate Precinct:

After entering the housing society, this block is on the left-hand side. There will be an office of services available in Lahore Smart City. Four- and three-star hotels will be built in this block, along with residential houses and villas. This block will contain retail shops, food courts, glossary stores, and mosques.

Commercial Plots:

LSC’s commercial area is also known as the Financial Square Gate and is home to offices, banks, conference rooms, hospitality, retail offices, five-star boutique hotels, an exhibition hall, as well as residential apartments and shops of daily use products. A commercial plot of 4 or 8 Marlas will be available at Lahore Smart City in August 2021.

Payment Plans of Lahore Smart city:

There is good news for Lahore Smart city clients. A month has passed and it has already been confirmed that the plot prices in Lahore smart city have been revised.

In order to earn a good profit in a short period of time, Lahore Smart City is the best choice since it’s going to be a great investment opportunity as well as a good place to live in the future.

Lahore Smart City, the city’s 2nd smart city, has already unveiled its payment plan. A ten per cent down payment is required for plot bookings, and a ten per cent confirmation fee is also required and payable after two months.

In addition to this, the remaining cost of plots will be paid over a period of 3 years in easy and affordable quarterly instalments.

Lahore Smart City Payment Plan Residential Plots:

The booking fee is 10% down and the 10% confirmation fee is due 60 days after the booking date. The remaining amount will be paid in 14 equal quarterly instalments over 3 years.
Residential Plots in the Smart City of Lahore: 3 years instalment plan:
The management of Lahore Smart City has developed a three-year payment schedule for all available plots with only a 20% booking fee. Development charges do not apply. For Executive and Overseas Blocks, there are 14 quarterly payments every three months.

In Executive Block, a 7 Marla plot costs Rs. 2,820,000/- and in Overseas Block, a 12 Marla plot costs Rs. 4,380,000/- and in Overseas Block, a 4,000,000/- plot.
